About me

I'm Supaket Wongkampoo. You can call me Tomz. In Thai, people use both ทอม and ต้อม, about equally. I've been developing software since 2004. I started with retail and accounting systems, then moved into finance, banking, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

I've worked in Thailand and Germany, alongside users and technical teams. My work has covered understanding requirements, designing and developing systems, and planning delivery.

I'm CEO and Technical Principle at Enersys, where I oversee Odoo ERP across supply chain, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and project management. My work also covers business system integration, AI applications, and automation.

I've taught courses and workshops in software development and applying AI, for both practitioners and executives. I like using examples that connect ideas to the work people do. I'm particularly interested in reliable accounting data and using data to make decisions, with people still reviewing the work and taking responsibility for it.

My writing here covers work, technology, lessons from my MBA, and travel. It's a way for me to record and share what I learn.
